Great runs for Shane and Lorraine in the US

Well done to Shane Quinn and Lorraine mcCarthy on excellent season openers in the states last weekend.

Shane Quinn (Ferrybank AC) started his second year at Providence College in the best possible fashion by winning his first cross country race of the season in Durham NH. And he did it in style with thirty seconds to spare over his nearest rival.
