Fastest ever 200m for an Irish lady for Kelly!

Kelly Proper has just run the fastest ever 200m by an Irish lady ...22.96s in Ghent. it's wind assisted (3.7) but speedy nonetheless! She finished the day with a long jump win of 6.40m a seasons best. Well done Kelly!
