An absolutely amazing run for Ben Kiely in the World Juniors in Barcelona th. With a PB this year well behind most of the other competitors, Ben knocked over .7 of a second off his best ever time with 52.39 finishing in fourth place in his heat and qualifying for the semi finals. Well done Ben....he really ran his heart out and best of luck to him in the semi finals.....sub 52 now beckons!!!!
Ben finished seventh in the semi final with his second fastest ever time of 53.06. A great championships!
