National Senior Championships

Our best ever national Senior Championships saw our athletes return home with 5 gold, 5 silver and 4 bronze medals!!! Our National Champions are Thomas Barr 400m hurdles, Jessie Barr 400m hurdles, Cara Kennedy hammer, Kelly Proper Long jump and Mairead Murphy 100m hurdles. Silver medals were won by the Mens 4 x 400m relay, the ladies 4 X 100m relay, Sorcha Murphy in the high jump, Niamh Whelan in the 200m and Kelly Proper in the 100m. Bronze medals were won by Billy Ryan 800m, Niamh Whelan 100m, Sean Archer triple jump and Leona Byrne long jump. An amazing weekend overall & well done to everyone who represented us with such distinction. I
