County Cross Country Championships 2013
Sunday October 6th , St. Augustines College, Dungarvan
Sunday October 13th - St Augustines College, Dungarvan

Start time 12 noon each day

• October 6th - Races Under 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 , Jun & Sen ( Jun & Sen at 2pm) 
• October 13th – Under 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, novice and masters .

Individual & Team awards / Athletes can move up one age group. 

PLEASE ATTEND ON BOTH JUVENILE DAYS (Oct 6th & OCT 13th) AS YOU WILL BE ON THE TEAM IN YOUR AGE GROUP AND ALSO IN THE AGE GROUP ABOVE YOU.

Athletes should organise their own transport to Dungarvan for these championships. Please be in Dungarvan by 11.30am. 

Entrance fee: Juveniles €3 / Seniors €5

Club singlets to be worn ( available at training and on the day cost €15) 
Club hoodies available in Alfie Hale’s.
Grass spikes 9mm to be worn in running spikes. Available from Mrs. Golden. Subsidised cost €3 per packet. Please note athletes need to put 5mm spikes back in their spikes for training at the RSC as this is the maximum length permitted on the Mondo track. 

Athletes are under age on 31/12/2013
U 8 born 2006, U 9 born 2005, u 10 born 2004, u 11 born 2003, u 12 born 2002, u 13 born 2001, u 14 born 2000 etc
