bus return time to RSC 5pm .

Shot u 11, 13, 15
Hurdles u 11, 12, 13, 14
Relays u 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16 (u 16 relay is mixed)
Athletes can move up one age group.
Please text Lynda (087 4115461) by Wednesday Nov 27th if you
wish to be entered and also if you wish to book a place on the bus. A parent
should travel with anyone age 11 or younger.
Club singlets should be worn (available at training 15e)
