Well done to all our athletes who braved the difficult weather conditions at the Munster junior , u 23 and juvenile combined events championships today. Many were rewarded with fine performances. Congratulations to the following medal winners....

Junior... Gold Paul Murphy ( 200m & 400m), Neasa Murphy (high jump), Sean Whittle (triple jump), Silver Niamh McNichol (200), Siobhan Whelan (triple jump), Bronze ( Niamh McNichol 100m.
Juvenile Combined Events...Gold Praise Owoeye ( u 12), Silver Sinead o Regan (u16) and bronze Tom Gallagher (u 140 and Rachel Walsh ( u 12) . Thanks also to all who officiated on behalf of the club at the championships. Great to see Munster Championships return to the RSC!
