Great results from A throne today at a top class meet. there was two victories for Kelly P roper in the long jump 6.23m and 200m 23.90. Niamh Whelan was second in the 200m and fourth in the 60m. Neasa Murphy had a fine second place in the high jump. Niall Tuohy was fifth in a super international 800m with a time of 1.49.49 and Michael dowling had a superb 3.50 in the international 1500m. Ben Kiely was third in the z200m with another pb of 22.65 and Richard Lucas took almost three seconds off his lifetime best running 2.03 in the 800m. Well done to everyone.
