• Good results also from the Ai games in Santry today. Leona Byrne had a fine jump of 1.70m to win the high jump and was also third in the 100m hurdles. Chris Russell was second in the 100m in 10.86 and third in the 200m in 21.64. Gavin Downey had a fine run for third place in the 1500m in 4.01 and Alan Danagher also had a great run to record 2.02 for the 800m. Well done folks!

  Fantastic day for Jessie and Thomas Barr in the Loughborough International Meet today. Jessie was second in a fine time of 57.38. She is really sharpening into superb form. Thomas won his race in a fine time of 51.8. Both were competing in the 400m hurdles. Well done Jessie & Thomas!
